Breathe follows Dr. Kelechi, a cynical clinician who has retreated to a remote, under-resourced infirmary to escape a devastating personal tragedy. Having completely abandoned his faith and turned to alcohol to numb his grief, Kelechi’s walls are put to the test when Nneoma, a deeply spiritual young medical volunteer, arrives at the clinic. Their immediate clash of ideologies forces Kelechi to confront the painful memories of the partner and calling he lost. When a sudden, high-stakes medical emergency pushes both their physical and spiritual limits, Kelechi is forced to make a choice: remain anchored to the safety of his resentment, or embrace the terrifying vulnerability of healing, faith, and restoration.
